China’s Calling Card in Africa
Today I have the pleasure to introduce a friend of mine from World Policy Journal at a three-day East DRC awareness event at Johns Hopkins. Ben Pauker produced a compelling documentary for Frontline on the proliferation of small arms into DRC and its direct relationship to China. It’s extremely good and I encourage you to watch it. There is no one single problem in DRC, but a matrix of multi-lateral issues, and the arming of Africa is one that is rarely told and or told well.
